I had made a reservation and paid for it online. I went to use my Navy federal debt card, with a credit line attached to it and they still asked for a credit card. They said their system doesn't take debt cards for the $300 hold. Even though their policy says you can bring a credit/debt card. Was given an 800 number to call had to cancel. Gave 2 stars because they said they would refund the entire amount.
I had an unexpected emergency and I ended up having to come to phf last minute. Phara was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate her really trying to help me in my situation I look forward to renting from this location again
