I made a reservation via Hotwire. Upon arrival at the Avis service counter, I was informed that Avis does not honor same day reservations although I had received both the Avis confirmation number and the Hotwire itinerary number.
The car was clean and drove well on the road.
I had an excellent experience with SueAnn during my drop off of rental. Awesome customer service. Very pleasant and professional.
