I reserved a pick up truck through Costco travel at this Avis 10 days in advance. I looked on Avis website to confirm they had a pick up truck available as I needed something to haul off a queen mattress. Unfortunately, I get there and they tell me “oh we don’t have a pick up truck at all. We can give you a minivan though and you can just fold the seats down.” I told them that wouldn’t work because I have a baby and wife who are going to ride in the back.
