I had an unexpected emergency and I ended up having to come to phf last minute. Phara was extremely patient and very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate her really trying to help me in my situation I look forward to renting from this location again
I made a reservation via Hotwire. Upon arrival at the Avis service counter, I was informed that Avis does not honor same day reservations although I had received both the Avis confirmation number and the Hotwire itinerary number.
The car was clean and drove well on the road.
