Only five stars, because I can't give more. I've always wanted to rent a Tesla. I made a reservation on Priceline, but the webpage said, "Tesla, or similar." I didn't want an "or similar", so I came into this location, which is right around the corner from where I live. They've treated me very well in the past. I met Rehan, and explained the situation. He said he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to get me a Tesla, because it was a long weekend. (MLK day...) However, he did say, he would make some phone calls, and see w... read more

I've rented cars for decades and used to always get them from Avis on Sunrise, but after a series of awful experiences, I came to this one on Zinfandel and was ASTOUNDED by the amazing customer service from Rehan (originally his Aunt until he took over). I will never rent anywhere else when I am in town. Rehan is the epitome of what I expect when I rent a car.
