Dealerships do not communicate between eachother. The Avis/ Budget on East Bidwell told me that the Zinfandel location had available vehicles to rent and suggested I go there, I arrived and was met with a hostile shorter man with a beard and AirPods in. Telling me that I was wrong and how I couldn’t possibly have gotten that information. Then going on a tirade saying “you don’t know how this job works, I can see what’s going on” when I was simply misinformed by one of his colleagues at a different location. Excellent customer service.. Helped me get into a nice family size vehicle at a rate my insurance can cover but above all it was the staff personality. They actually remembered me as a previous customer and that truly spoke volumes to me. The car had just been returned and they cleaned it really fast and good actually.. I was grateful for smooth service..
