I rented a vehicle two months ago for a trip we’re taking in two days. They called to tell me two days before the trip they don’t have the vehicle we rented and I would need to call customer service to figure out what to do. I call customer service thinking I’ll just pick it up at another location. This was the case-for a much higher price.
