Arrived at the Federal Way office to rent our car for the week! The lady was VERY RUDE n VERY SLOW! Took us an hr to get a car! She was answering the phone n there were 4 of us in line waiting to be helped! Then she was gonna give us an electric car (NOT) we were driving to Utah n besides I DON'T believe in electric cars! So we had to wait for a car to be cleaned n that took another 20 minutes! That office is a total joke n I'd never recommend anyone to go there!
The gal was very helpful and something else at multi tasking
Had a reservation 4x in a row and each time they "ran out of cars," like that Seinfeld episode. Front desk lady said she routinely overbooks cars and was very snooty.
Worse place taking a long time on lane, Try to hire additional staff, only one lady was working here. Registering, printing, serving two client in one moment and bringing car takes time for only one person. Loosing time and makes annoying
