Despite my reservation, they had no cars close to what i reserved. Just a horrible experience.
Arrived at the Federal Way office to rent our car for the week! The lady was VERY RUDE n VERY SLOW! Took us an hr to get a car! She was answering the phone n there were 4 of us in line waiting to be helped! Then she was gonna give us an electric car (NOT) we were driving to Utah n besides I DON'T believe in electric cars! So we had to wait for a car to be cleaned n that took another 20 minutes! That office is a total joke n I'd never recommend anyone to go there!
