Awful service - we needed a car while on holiday in the US and had specifically pre-booked a SatNat as we thought it would be easier - I even have my own device and didn't download US maps on there or bring it with me seeing as we'd requested a SatNat. When we went to pick up the car, I found the man on reception rude and unhelpful and he just said they had no devices. Surely if some one books a SatNat you make sure you have one? Three blocks from the hotel. Good hassle free service. Closes at 4. No night drop though. That gave me trouble finding overnight parking that wasn't too pricey. Nice clean cars. Definitely be back anyway.

I rented an SUV from Avis at this location, and was helped by Achilles. I got an incredible deal from them, and really some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I was initially hesitant given the reviews on here, but I'm glad to report that I had the COMPLETE opposite experience with Avis at the Pike street location
