I rent the car for uber from 4th Av s location seattle downtown the customer services is exellent their are always talk nicely and friendly highly recommended this place thank you for your service.
Do not rent a car here. The employee we had to deal with was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met. They didn’t have the type of car we reserved and would not offer anything better and instead gave us a downgrade for the same price. They wouldn’t even inquire at their other location for us and demanded we do all the legwork to check with the airport location ourselves. We won’t be coming back to Avis!
