The female the work at counter was super rude to me I call she screamed at me and when I got there a week after was very unprofessional to me and to others costumer that was there return the vehicle . Never in my life ever see someone so rude
I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, renting monthly, but my experience today was unbearable. The female attendant at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. Despite explaining my issue, she completely ignored me and acted like I was a burden. It’s clear that loyalty means nothing to them. After this, I’ll never rent here again. Avoid this place—you’ll get treated better elsewhere!
Great service
Great location and great staff. I see some people complaining about wait times and having to show proof of employment. if you are getting a discount from your job then be grateful. I certainly am, because if people abuse the discount then everyone stops getting the discount. In this business wait times are normal. I rent all the time and sometimes it's fast sometimes it's not but this is the norm. price is great here and the staff is wonderful. It's a tough business and they do great with the provided resources.
