Want to start by saying gentleman who works desk had amazing customer service during pick up. However location manager or supervisor by the name of Nicole has poor customer service. I called location for hours for assistance with a reservation in progress no answer. Instead she decided to text my cell phone after hours which is not only unprofessional but also used a poor tone. I had a horrible experience with this location. I have been renting cars for years with enterprise for years and never once have had such a bad experience. I picked up my car (which wasn’t even the car I requested) and it smelled horrible it made me so sick I called right away to try and have it exchanged they told me they didn’t have anything and to try another location. I tried a different location and they didn’t have anything. When I went to return the car the second location had put a 2000$ hold on my car for who knows ... read more

Avoid - woman behind the counter is like talking to a wall, she will also add on fees without telling to you to drive up the price

Very disappointed in our rental experience today. Car smelled very strongly of smoke despite “no smoking” signs. When we tried to exchange the car, we were told there were no more at this location and the attendant claimed her nose was “stuffed” and that’s why she couldn’t smell the smoke. Also unable to find any cars to exchange at nearby location.
