The store closes at random times and certainly doesn't open or close at the mentioned store hours. Their gimmick is to try and make customers pay for the 'EXTRA' day when they decide hours early and instruct you to leave key at the hotel lobby. Also if you try to call them to inform that their store was closed early they will hangup and block your phone number. Do not try to return or pickup car at this location. If you do handle the transaction with AVIS customer service instead of trying to call the store.

Been a client here for several years due to my work. My experiences with customer service (Jane and Alex) have always been positive here. Vehicle selection is limited however I come early enough in the morning so a vehicle is always available for me.
I reserved a vehicle through Uber’s rental program, confirmed it over the phone, set up the online account, and was assured everything was ready. When I arrived, the story changed completely. The car I reserved wasn’t available, my “reservation” apparently meant nothing, and the staff on-site seemed uninterested and unhelpful.
