Do not rent from Avis car rentals especially in Dedham , Ma . Before you even think of renting a vehicle from them , go on they’re instagram page and read the comments . I promise you I’m saving you from a disaster and a migraine .

I made this reservation about a month and a half ago, so I was very surprised to receive a call the day before my pickup telling me that no vehicle would be available. I relied on this reservation and planned my trip around it. Calling less than 24 hours before pickup is extremely disappointing and has put me in a difficult situation.
This employee made me feel creeped out and extremely uncomfortable. While I was simply picking up a rental for my brother’s graduation, he repeatedly asked personal questions about my private life, where I was from, and other unrelated topics. The interaction felt unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer service setting. I believe the company should look into providing better training and ensuring staff maintain a more professional approach with customers.
Very disappointing experience. This was one of the worst Avis locations I've visited in years. The man working front desk employee was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Management should seriously consider improving staffing and customer service training. I will not be returning
