First off, the little things. I prepaid to rent a 12 passenger van. Last time I did that we received a Ford Transit, which was great. This time it was Chevrolet E3500. It didn't even have Bluetooth, the sliding door stuck so bad it required an adult to open it, and there were ants crawling around in the cargo area. Now the bigger stuff. The worst experience I ever had. They scam you and make you pay more
Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I prepaid for a reservation and was told over the phone that I could come pick up my car. When I got there the man at the counter said that there was no reservation even though my card was charged $500. After encountering the gentleman that I can only describe his demeanor as a disrespectful rebellious teenager I am more than happy to rent from literally any other place.
