The rental and return process were smooth and there were no issues noted at the time. Nearly a month later, we received a notice claiming there was damage to the car during our rental (we had the vehicle for less than 12 hours). The “damage inspection report” provided did not include any photos, and the inspection date was several weeks after the car had already been returned. Worse experience ever in renting a vehicle. Owner is unprofessional and wants to intimidate his customer especially if you’re female. BEWARE of this location!
