It’s frustrating that the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available but the staff did try to make accommodations. They were very nice so I threw in a star for their professionalism. Too bad Avis overbooked. They have now become my last option for rentals for obvious reasons. In fact, drop Budget and Zipcar to the bottom of the list also since they are all the same company. Stay away! You have been warned!
This is the worst location I ever had to rent from. I had the pleasure of speaking to Victor. This man couldn’t be any more unprofessional. Lies about saying he tired to call me at 8:58 am for the reservation for 9:00 am…the same day. Then lies saying no one else nearby has the car either. If you reading this, I rented the same car at a different location within 15 min. No problem. I will be calling cooperate as well.
