Great rental, friendly staff
What in the world happened here. We received probably the oldest car I have ever rented that smells like smoke and body odor. Looks like some beat up used car. This Avis was good. But this is not acceptable. I should not be paying for this trash.

Wish I could put 0 stars for this location! Had prepaid reservation at the Albuquerque Westside location for 12pm. Husband arrived and was told they were closed. Employee had just finished up helping customers. My husband had accidentally left his phone at home and my son had dropped him off at this Avis location. Husband made request to use phone to call for a ride. Employee refused to let him use a phone (personal or business phone). My husband had to walk 4 miles home. What a pitiful human that employee is.
