At what point will the boss of this location be held responsible for not providing services to consumers who reserve ahead of time? “Sorry you booked this vehicle ahead of time, drove all the way here, then we told you, actually my boss doesn’t want me doing one way reservations, we don’t have any vehicles, and there won’t be any vehicles at the airport for you either probably.” Better Business Bureau? DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! twice now we have tried to rent from here first time The issue was out of state license. fine whatever we didnt have a credit card big enough to support their $300 hold and rental fees. Next time we got our texas license they were temporary licenses and they refused to take this valid form of ID even though it was signed by the people at the DMV. The workers inside of this location are incredibly overworked. I am not blaming them for bad service as what they are asked to do is next to impossible. Employing one person to wash cars, greet customers, inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, take care of contracts, fill vehicles up with gas, and take care of the property is insane. I do hope they will get help but their service is consequently awful.

They gave for us a new car, fast to attend you, excellent customer service. We rented a car for 3 weeks and we had not problem. Excellent company.
