be prepared to show up on time to get your car and they say they cancelled ALL reservations! the day after christmas too. oh and they still take the money out of your account :) happy holidays i guess. very inconvenient, inconsiderate, and inconsistent. horrible untrustworthy and greedy company.

They contacted me less than 24 hours before my scheduled pickup just to say they had no vehicles available at either location, with no estimate whatsoever of when one might become available. That kind of last-minute notice is completely unacceptable. What’s worse, the manager didn’t even have the professionalism to handle this themselves—they pushed the responsibility onto their employees to make these calls. They’ll call you less than 24 hours before you’re supposed to pick up your rental only to tell you they don’t have anything available at either location and can’t give you a time as to WHEN they’ll have one available. The manager also isn’t the one doing the “dirty work” by calling the customers, they make their employees do it instead.
