This rating has nothing to do with the employee in Lubbock who helped us (I hate that I forgot her name, she was helpful) and if I could give it zero stars I would. We showed up for our reservation on time, and there were NO TRUCKS. Called the "help hotline" and were informed that there were "no trucks for a 200 mile radius" and that there were a couple expected trucks that night. I moved from Abilene to Lubbock this week by myself. I booked my vehicle weeks in advance so I could drive back to Abilene to get my personal vehicle and drive back to Lubbock. When I got to the location (which I took an uber to) the person at the desk told me that there were no cars available… after I booked this WEEKS ago. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I rented a car in ADVANCE and even had to pay a small deposit. On the day of the rental pickup I receive a call from them 20 MINUTES before my scheduled pick up time being told they don’t have any vehicles. That’s extremely unprofessional and unheard of frankly because a RESERVATION on a vehicle means just that, the vehicle should not have been released to any other party without the reservation. Lady said they can only run card once every 24 hours and tried saying I was on the do not rent list. Why run the card?
