We will absolutely never use this place again unless, we don't have any other choice! As soon as walking in Laura was so rude, not welcoming at all and obviously having a bad day or something. My wife and I rented a car and went out of town for a few days and we brought the car back with a full tank and as clean as could be and these greedy people charged us 125$ for "pet hair" when there were NO ANIMALS IN THE CAR. The picture they sent us as "proof" was of a light gray back seat, when the car we rented had a very dark black back seat. We called a week ago and they said they would refund it within 5-7 business days but didn't. We called back and they told us they didn't issue a refund and that we werent eligible ... read more
Had to wait 40 minutes despite selected pick-up time. Drop-off was a breeze. And, Laura at the 66th/Genoa St location in Lubbock was an absolute delight.
