Laura at the car rental office provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to receive service this exceptional, and Laura made my experience a great one. I highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity!

I had to make a last-minute reservation, and honestly I was already having a pretty stressful day, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Thankfully, everything at Avis went so smoothly. The pickup process was quick, the staff was kind and helpful, and I was in my rental much faster than I expected. The car was clean and in great condition, and the whole experience took one less thing off my plate. I really appreciated how easy they made everything. I’ll definitely be renting from Avis again!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! twice now we have tried to rent from here first time The issue was out of state license. fine whatever we didnt have a credit card big enough to support their $300 hold and rental fees. Next time we got our texas license they were temporary licenses and they refused to take this valid form of ID even though it was signed by the people at the DMV. I made my reservation with Avis over a week ago, only to receive a call the day before my pickup date telling me they wouldn't have a vehicle available. What's the point of making a reservation if they can't honor it? Because of this, I had to scramble at the last minute to find another rental company for an entire week. Now I'm just hoping they actually have a vehicle available. This caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted my plans. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be relying on Avis again.

The workers inside of this location are incredibly overworked. I am not blaming them for bad service as what they are asked to do is next to impossible. Employing one person to wash cars, greet customers, inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, take care of contracts, fill vehicles up with gas, and take care of the property is insane. I do hope they will get help but their service is consequently awful.
