I spent 40 minutes at the counter listening to the kid’s excuses about why she couldn’t pull up my Avis information. I paid $1300 for 4 days in an Hyundai and got zero points. Outrageous price, outrageous service. Do better.

Great experience from start to finish. Pickup was quick and easy, everything was ready when I arrived. The process was seamless overall. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and ready to go. No issues at all.

I will never rent a car from Avis again. They made it near impossible to use a debit card and did not give me enough time to unlock my credit. I have never in my life had a rental car location ask for my social security number. The worker insinuated that I have bad credit (which I do not, my credit has a lock on it) and she was rude while I was trying to navigate my credit lock. We did not end up renting the car from Avis.
