I will never rent a car from Avis again. They made it near impossible to use a debit card and did not give me enough time to unlock my credit. I have never in my life had a rental car location ask for my social security number. The worker insinuated that I have bad credit (which I do not, my credit has a lock on it) and she was rude while I was trying to navigate my credit lock. We did not end up renting the car from Avis. Long waiting time at thr counter. Person was very nice.
Customer service could be better. Dude tried telling me I didn't pay. Still said I needed to pay even though I showed him that my credit card was already charged
Good car rental location that is very small and designed slightly different. Service and car was good with no issues.
