I had a great experience renting here last week, the check in process was super easy & smooth. As well as the check out process, no hassle at all. Ashton made things very seamless & you’re lucky if you’re a future renter that gets to work with her!

Terrible service. We rented a car from May 4th to May 8th, fully prepaid online since April 28th. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, not only were we not given the same car we reserved (not even the same category) but the agent who assisted us (Ashton) asked for our credit card for the security deposit. However, without explaining anything, she charged us both the security deposit and the full rental amount again. I have been renting vehicles from the Conroe location, specifically Avis, and dealing with directly with Bonnie and Ashton. Their service is absolutely fantastic and they’re both total professionals. I would highly recommend renting from this location. The service is great.
