I made a reservation to pick up a Ford Explorer-size SUV at your Frisco Stonebriar location at 10:00 AM on May 30 for a road trip to Las Vegas with my family. About one hour before pickup, while I was at DFW Airport dropping off my daughter for an international trip, I received a text message saying that my vehicle was not available and asking me to call. Absolutely great experience, we needed a vehicle for the Graduation 🎓 and they over delivered ✨. The BEST customer service I have ever had with any Car Rental company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I got a chance to meet the owner (great family man) and the young lady at the front desk was so patient with me even though I was indecisive about the vehicle I wanted 🙃. Overall 5 Star experience ✅
Awful customer service.
I’ve almost always exclusively rented with hertz, and thankfully they treated me so poorly it forced me to take my business elsewhere I found this Avis and these guys are actually so awesome. Well priced SUPER nice and excellent customer service. Their cars are super clean as well and very well maintained. 10/10 experience. Won’t be going back to Hertz now!!
