This is the only Avis in a medium sized city that NEVER has a car for me to choose when I land. I travel a lot for work and unfortunately find myself in Little Rock often. At this rate, I might just switch all my business to Enterprise/National. What’s the point of the preferred status if I still have to wait in the ridiculously long line? No other provider has a line. There is one person running the line too. It makes zero sense.
Often out of cars and the preferred window is permanently closed. There's always a really long line.
Standing at the rental counter with 20+ other people for going on twenty minutes and not one customer service representative at the desk. Thank God I rarely come to Little Rock and don’t have to deal with Avis here that much…
