I rent around 225 days a year from Avis around the world. The Little Rock Airport location is one of the worse. They will change your rental without notice and downgrade you like it’s normal practice. When discussing the problem with the manager he told me to bad if I don’t want the rent go somewhere else. This has happened to me the last 4 times I have rented from this place.

I just flew in last min so i didn't have a reservation. I waited in line for about 20mins and finally got to the counter...the lady's at the desk kept having to go to the back to see if they had any cars...when I finally was able to asked for a rental she said they only had SUVs and bigger cars...I told her go ahead and book me one...she started getting the paperwork together then another line formed behind me...she was the only person at the counter i get that but then she stopped helping me and went to another computer to ... read more

This is the absolute worse Avis airport service. No preferred customer service. All preferred customers must wait in line. It's been like this for years and they refuse to do anything about it. Not preferred customer friendly at all.

I booked a car through Expedia for my son to pick up from airport. I was initially looking at Nissan rogue for $43 a day and saw this Ford mustang Mach E for $58 and picked it. But, my son was told after standing in the line forever that mustang wasn’t available and was provided with ford escort and charged the same. Very disappointed. Never going to use Avisbor Expedia again

Line at counter was very long, I waited 30 minutes each time. I asked the person outside for help, and they told me to go wait in line. My vehicle smelled terrible.
