My car was fine as expected for a major rental brand, however I’m giving 3 stars for customer experience at this Regina location: - when I entered the location it was empty except for me and the agent was on the phone with a customer but could certainly have multitasked enough by looking up and acknowledging me with a wave or half smile rather than not acknowledging my presence.
