Rented from them twice, both times the vehicles had trash in them & the last time someone smoked in it. Went tonight to pick up a rental, they said they didn’t have any, said I could upgrade but I’d have to pay. Reminded them who I work for & how we have an account with them all over the world, didn’t care, would not upgrade for free since they didn’t have a vehicle. How do you have terrible customer service like that? So disappointed & frustrated. Why didn’t it say online that they didn’t have a vehicle when I ordered it?
This was a great location, they are not in the hotel lobby but further down the convention centre so other reviews may not have looked hard enough. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. My rental was March 24.
ZERO STARS Y’all . . . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The other reviews aren’t so much wrong as understating the POOR management of the Avis office and EVEN POORER services. (Beware: you will be charged extra fees kinda unfairly. Just about no matter what. So whatever your initial total is, add like $200 to it.) Do not rent here, this is not an avis location. Nobody at the hotel knows where this is or how to get rid of it
Watach out for this location, First, there's no office at this location, they are just using the hotel name. The staffs there are real mad because there are too many occssions. Next, they want you to go to another location to pick up your car. Terribl service on the phon, staff was extremely rude and could not provide any help at all. Despite the cheating. Terrible, watch out!!!
