Terrible experience - they did not have the Luxury SUV I ordered, bumped me down to a tiny SUV-ish car. The car had a bad alignment, vibrated the whole time driving, had no pickup, and blew a tire on the highway on the way back to the location. The tire blew because it was bald and old, and there was no spare - stuck on the side of the highway for 1.5 hours and had to use my own AAA for a tow. Very poor customer service! On Saturday, May 30, the young lady was 12 minutes late opening. There were several of us waiting. When she finally arrived, you could tell she was visibly angry. That's how she serviced us! She offered no apology, nothing. It gets worse. I returned the vehicle the next day, and the gentleman asked whether I wanted to wait for the receipt or have him email it. I rented a car at the end of may, returned It June 4th I believe. June 28rh they charged me for pet cleaning of 450$ even though no pets were in the vehicle. I called their customer service and they said they couldn't find any proof and would issue the refund. Come July still no refund and when contacted again they can't find the charge!!!!! Took my money and haven't heard anything about getting it back. Be very cautious with this company.
