The girl working at the counter has poor customer service skills and is very rude. She needs to be trained again. I would not recommend renting from this establishment. You're better off going to enterprise. They actually train their representatives to be friendly to their customers
The woman at the rental has got to be the rudest person I've ever met in my life. Had a reservation for a car. Only thing available was a dirty car or an upcharged car. She was unwilling to make any kind of accommodation to resolve the issue. She should be fired. Do not ever go to this place. The owner should be ashamed to have such a low class person working there.
Awful customer service. Closed early and cancelled my reservation without asking. Very rude.
We showed up a few minutes before they closed and the guy already had the door locked and then he cancelled our reservation. There’s also another customer out here waiting with us who the same thing happened to. I posted the hours for reference, but beware they’re arbitrary.
