Had to venture out due to enterprise not having vehicles on short notice, went and made a reservation with avis and thought we were set for the day. Once we arrived it was just problem after problem after problem that they hit us with and we ended up just canceling and leaving with no vehicle. Going forward I will make sure to have a reservation ahead of time with enterprise instead of wasting my time.
Car reeked of cigarettes and key fob died while I was using the vehicle (it was also in pieces when I picked up the vehicle and I had to assemble it when I got in the car). The actual vehicle was a compact SUV per the manufacturer and they rent it as a standard. Find any other location or company to rent from. Waste of several hundred dollars
Great service
this is the worst car rental company ever it doesn’t matter location. They will take your money to book a reservation and then you’ll show up and there won’t be a car available and then you’ll have to wait a week to get your money back. Do yourself a favor and do not give your business to this horrible company
