Everything I come here to this location it's the worst. Why make a reservation if I have to wait 4 hours for my car everytime? Avis I use you all over the US fix this location. Ever one down here is complaining I dont see how you even have 3 stars.

Will accept your reservation without having cars only for you to find out they have nothing for you when you’ve gone through the trouble of finding a ride there. Even while making your reservation 6 hours prior. Privately owned Avis locations have no level of competency nor any reason to care as they are privately owned. If you’re looking at being rewarded for your loyalty keep looking.
I always use avis good service
Understaffed & not supported properly by Avis. The one person there is stuck with a terrible situation because the company is being very cheap -- "it's not what it used to be." I will never rent from Avis again in this area.
