If I could give 0 stars I would. Rented at the Virginia Beach Blvd location and when we picked up the vehicle it REEKED of cigarettes like someone had smoked 2 PPD for years in it. We had headaches 3 minutes down the road. We called central customer service and they told us we could exchange it for no additional fee. We went back but the man at the counter said they had no additional vehicles and gave us a chemical spray use on the liner which just made it smell like cigarettes and chemicals.
