Very bad attitude
0 stars !Beware!!! DO NOT USE this company! I booked through Expedia. A year ago was the first time i rented here, i discovered that there was unwritten terms about how to pay. So this time I called the customer service line and spoke to them about the requirements for putting up the deposit and making the actual rental payment. Phone Customer service told me I could pay for the remaining balance of the rental with debit card, but with the deposit I would need a credit card. Absolutely the worst experience ever. The lady at the counter was rude and wouldn't put her cell phone down while she talked to us. Didn't have the car we requested. Car was not cleaned properly. Windows were filmy on the inside, had to stop and put air in a tire as soon as we got it.
