As a travel nurse, I rented a car as soon as I arrived in Santa Rosa, and this was truly an experience I had never had before. Rented a car from Avis through my company travel website at a pick up location that only existed for employees of a completely different company. Drove to Avis on Santa Rosa Ave who said they couldn’t help because they had no extra cars but to try the airport location. The man working the front desk was rude and the useless person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to.
