I will never book at this place again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. I made my reservation three days in advance, planned my entire day trusting them, and just two hours before pickup, they called to say they didn’t have any cars available. How can they offer something they don’t actually have? This kind of irresponsibility ruins your plans, your schedule, and your trust as a customer. Don’t fall for it — if you book here, you’ll most likely end up without a car and with your plans completely ruined.

Extremely rude and borderline scammers. If you have any difficulty (ie car breaking down) they wont help you and they will put random fraudulent charges on your bill
We had a deeply troubling experience with Avis. The rental vehicle failed to accelerate properly on the highway, creating a serious safety hazard. We were fortunate to make it back to the rental location safely, but the ordeal cost us over four hours and put our lives at risk. Despite the clear mechanical issue, the location refused to offer any credit or adjustment to the total bill. Most unreliable Seattle location so far. They listed and confirmed an economy online but had only big SUV(s) in person and I was forced to accept a lower fuel economy car. They forced an ALI with scare tactics even though I insisted Avis covers minimum liability in WA state. The car windshield and side mirrors weren’t cleaned properly and salt and water stains.
