Will not recommend this company to anyone and the customer service at this location is disgustingly awful.
We had the best experience with Avis in Stuart, Fl. Just know- rentals give no spare tires.
I needed to rent a car and booked through the app as a Avis Preferred Corporate customer, which gave me no indication that a car wasn’t available. Jay calls and tells me she has no cars and will call with an update if there’s a car. Never get a call back either way. So glad I wasn’t relying on the app which tells me “you’re all set with your booking!” At this location. What a lame and misleading experience. Don’t trust this place if you need a car , and also don’t rely on the app which tells you you’re all set with your book... read more
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! Jay and team at this rental car center goes above and beyond to make the entire experience easy, efficient, and stress-free. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about providing great customer service. It’s not often that you come across a business where you can tell the employees truly enjoy helping their customers. They make you feel valued and take the time to make sure everything is taken care of. I would definitely recommend this rental car center to anyone... read more
