I had a really good experience with Avis. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pickup process was quick and easy. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth. Overall, everything went well, and I’d definitely choose Avis again for my next trip.
I went to pay for my rental through Apple Pay and then an error came up, but sure enough the money came out of my account 648.07 , no confirmation, no email and when I called Avis and also talk to them in person they said you HAVE to dispute though your bank. They didn’t even try to look my name up. Terrible service . The woman at the front counter wouldn’t even give me her name. Don’t rent they with online
