Customer service at this car rental needs lots of improvements. The service person was impolite/rude. She was unable to answer questions and could not explain the process of renting a car, especially since this was my first interaction with the organization. She abruptly cut off the phone in mid conversation. When I redialed, the phone rang for several minutes with no one to pick up. I believe that customer service is necessary
DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS EVER! Spend the few extra dollars and go to enterprise! Tried 3 times to rent a car on 3/10 because there was A TON of "availability of cars" on their website for this location. They called me within minutes to tell me they only had a mini-van that smelled like cigarettes. They told me I wouldn't want to take it and they would be cancelling my reservations.
