I reserved a vehicle through Avis' website (not a third party site). When I arrived at my pickup approximately 20 minutes before my pickup time I was told the vehicle is not on the lot. I received a text message and two emails from Avis confirming the reservation. They said I can wait, I waited, they closed and they did not help me with getting a vehicle similar to what I rented. This place is consistently awful. They are always rude. They will cancel your reservation even if you prepay to "secure your vehicle." They charge you cleaning costs for cars that look exactly the same as turned in. They charge you fuel costs even when the car is the exact same fuel as you brought it in. They take hours to close out your reservation. Avoid this one and go to either of the two others in the valley.

The experience was great. The people were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The only negative is the area in which this location is at. High crime rate and very unsafe. I would not want to drop off or pick up a car here in the dark
