Not the nicest lady but maybe she was just having a day. We reserved a sedan online and was told in person that they didn't have sedans only 4runners and it was a take it or leave it situation but cost 100$ more. She blamed the site. But i think they should get that fixed. It worked out for us but an extra $100 is a lot for most folks just looking for a weekend vehicle.
Car rental experience was smooth.
Great place to rent a car, very nice, helpful, and accommodating. I went here after Enterprise lied to me and wasted my time, and these folks had a car for me same day. Definitely go here if you ever need a rental in the Mechanicsburg area. A++++
