After spending hours at Avis customer service lines (1-800..) this place was exactly the opposite. Smart person (Umesh) who actually wanted to solve my problem. Patiently explained to me the reason for the complication and found a solution for me. Amazing. We rented a car from this Avis center last week and had a great experience. Rafeey was incredibly friendly and patient. We encountered a small issue with our reservation, but Rafeey took the time to carefully look into it and offered some very effective solutions. He was also thoughtful enough to remind us that certain insurance coverages might already be included through our credit card. Truly appreciate the excellent service!
Excellent service by Rafi and Biranjan. They are gracious during bookings and returns and also very flexible and accomodatinf. Highly recommend!!! Although airport is closer to me, i always pickup from this location due to their service.
