After spending hours at Avis customer service lines (1-800..) this place was exactly the opposite. Smart person (Umesh) who actually wanted to solve my problem. Patiently explained to me the reason for the complication and found a solution for me. Amazing. He was serving 2 other customers before me and all seemed happy with his professionalism but they had more of a standard rental situation. We rented a car from this Avis center last week and had a great experience. Rafeey was incredibly friendly and patient. We encountered a small issue with our reservation, but Rafeey took the time to carefully look into it and offered some very effective solutions. He was also thoughtful enough to remind us that certain insurance coverages might already be included through our credit card. Truly appreciate the excellent service!
Excellent service by Rafi and Biranjan. They are gracious during bookings and returns and also very flexible and accomodatinf. Highly recommend!!! Although airport is closer to me, i always pickup from this location due to their service.
I’ve rented from this place a bunch of times and the service is always amazing. Raffey is super professional, polite, and just really nice overall. He always tries to get me the best deal. This isn’t even the closest rental spot to me, but I still keep coming back because the service here is just that good.
Shout-out to Umesh for going above and beyond during our long Avis booking! Although the initial car had an unpleasant smell, Umesh immediately stepped in and upgraded us with a new ford mach e at no extra cost—no questions asked. Big thanks also to Biranchi and the rest of the team for being so responsive and helpful throughout the process. Truly great customer service! We are grateful to you Umesh.
