I always have mixed feelings about Avis but I had good experience at this site. I made a same day prepaid reservation which seems to catch the staffs off guard (I guess they need at least a day to allocate cars) but they still helped me with good attitude and a decent car. I wish all Avis sites can have the same level of staffs and service.
Extremely disappointed with Avis. I clearly told the staff during drop-off that I had an employee discount, yet they still charged me nearly $10 per gallon for refueling — way above the national average. It felt like they didn’t even listen. When I called Avis management, they immediately admitted it was wrong and refunded me, which just proves it should never have happened in the first place.
