I do not recommend this location. To be honest, I don’t recommend any Avis locations in the Detroit metropolitan area. I recently moved here four months ago from Dallas, and I do Uber part-time. So, when my car is in the shop, I usually go with Avis over Hertz. In Dallas, the customer service at Avis was great, so I expected the same here. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. EXTREMELY unprofessional both Mike and Rick. Rude and disrespectful hanging up the phone in customers faces then to go in the location and Mike is screaming and arguing with myself in front of my daughter. Mike also stuck his middle finger up at me and called me out my name as I was leaving the location.
