Scam. Has weird open and close hours. No drop off box and will charge you extra fees for absolutely nothing. Never go to this location or rent from Avis. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and not from the united states so they can't or won't help you
I work for uber I booked a car rental from Avis in Westland to drive for uber this whole experience has been bad the first week I had the vehicle I had insurance problems 3 days out the week then had insurance problems the second week the third week the vehicle had maintenance problems and had to be told but I was under contract for 3 more days they closed the rental contract and now is trying to make me pay and start a new contract when my other contract was not even up I have had the worst experience dealing with Rick at A... read more
I made a reservation weeks in advance and when I got there after taking an u we from the airport they said they didn’t have my car that I had to wait u til someone returns one. There was a lady with 2 kids waiting there also and after talking to her she said it was the same thing with her but she had been waiting for 3 hrs and still no car. I just cancelled the car reservation and went with hertz that was about 10 min away from there and I got a car as a walking and paid less for the week then I would have at budget .
