This is the WORST experience I have ever had in my life to rent a car. It was 1 hour. They didn’t have a car, asked me to come later, WHAT! they made me pay for one car, full size then gave another compact which of course I will claim. The car was dirty, they started to clean it up at the spot. another 15 minutes. Top of that, the car was empty of gas. Another 15 minutes.
