Reserved a car early in the morning. Got there 4 hours later and no cars available.... no phone call to inform me and no other option given. Don't let me reserve a car if you don't have it.
Do not order a car from their customer service number. They do not call the location to check and see if they do actually have vehicles to rent. This happened to me . It was not the guy behind the counters fault. Call the actual location first. They outsource their phone center to a foreign country and they were the worst to understand.
Got our car from the Phoenix airport. Had a few concerns pop up along the way. Wanted to ensure we were good to go before adventuring further north. Mario took fabulous care of us and got us as situated as possible despite not having inventory to swap out cars. Really appreciate him being so kind.
