GREAT EXPERIENCE at this Avis location on Tuesday Oct 21! The kind lady working the desk alone at 10:30 AM was dealing with 3 customers simultaneously in the most professional manner. She was able to replace my car (which had a mechanical issue) in less than 20 minutes. She made the whole process smooth and easy and made my whole day better!
This company doesn't Take chime credit card. When I made the reservation they took it. They charged my card for the collision, damages. They couldn't take my card or a deposit. I booked through Expedia. I am now awaiting a refund. I will refuse to ever try here again. Flagstaff rentals are good. Currently I'm at this location awaiting Enterprise who takes chime credit and is picking me up from the Avis location.
