After our initial experience at Avis Cabana Bay left us with a broken vehicle and no fuel, we were left to sort out a replacement vehicle ourselves. As fate would have it, this Avis has the best rating in the Orlando area and it didn’t take long to see why. We rang ahead and spoke to Kirsten, she was helpful and went out of her way to sort us with a replacement. Not impressed, Avis. I won’t be renting from you again. My car was given to me almost an hour late with no communication, and when it finally arrived at pick up, it was covered in hail damage. For nearly $500 for 5 days, this was completely unacceptable. The car was quite frankly, embarrassing to drive, and your service didn’t match the price I paid. Do better.

I reserved a vehicle for one day while visiting Orlando. After about an hour with the vehicle the breaks stopped working and a car alert that read ‘Break System Failure’. The car was towed and they gave me an Uber voucher to get back to the hotel. Lost the day.
