We use to use Enterprise and these people at Avis are just easier to work with. They are actually happy to greet me when I arrive and the other place made me feel like a burden.
Renting old, all beat up, and smelly cars just like any other rental places.
This location is a joke. Not once, not twice but THREE SEPARATE TIMES has this location called me the day before or day of my rental and said “sorry we don’t have any cars”. Not only that but they will cancel your reservation and enter it as ‘cancelled by the customer’. I am an Avis member and never had such consistent and terrible service. I was happy with my experience at Avis. The process itself was simple and quick, and should I need to rent a car again, I would definitely rent from this location again. My only recommendation to future customers would be to pre-pay for gas, and if you don’t, make sure you fill it to the level it was at when you rented it. Otherwise, you’re going to pay an insane amount of money for gas.
