Horrific experience- staff lie consistently. Go somewhere else
The counter attendant was wonderful. Patient. Understanding. Accommodating. We arrived 4 hours before we anticipated and got a car within 45 minutes. Perfect! Even told me how to save money on rental return in eugene. I strongly recommend this location for car rental.
Very easy to get car. Great staff.
We had booked for 7 days at a low price and due to some e personal issues we returned car after days 3 days. We were charged very high price for returning early .
Have done 3 rentals and have had good experience all 3 times. Person at front desk is very helpful. Noticed dent on windshield but was told it was already there. Appreciate the transparency. Make sure to save return instructions
