I lost an item during my rental, and the team—especially Richard—went above and beyond to help retrieve it and hold onto it for me. Sometimes with rentals there’s a stigma that if something gets lost, it’s likely gone for good or already in someone else’s hands. That wasn’t the case here. The team was great to work with, and I really appreciate Richard making sure I wasn’t out $200. Follow-up like that can say a lot about a team, and they absolutely delivered.

Had an awesome experience with Avis! The employees were super easy to deal with friendly, straightforward, and made the whole process quick and hassle-free. The car was spotless with no issues. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Very disappointed with my recent experience. The front desk attendant on Sunday was completely unhelpful and entered the wrong drop-off information for our rental. This error caused us to be overcharged—almost double the original price. Rather than taking ownership or resolving the issue, we were simply directed to call the Avis support line. What should have been a quick and seamless return turned into a stressful, frustrating process. We had to follow up with customer service days later just to get the refund we were owed.... read more

Avis Budget was beyond helpful when renting out a car, they made the process easy, explained all my options, was able to give me a complimentary upgrade, and had exceptional customer service. They also made returning the car easy, and gave me straightforward directions when returning, and made me feel appreciated. I will definitely be renting through Avis Budget for my future ventures.
