Very disappointing experience with Avis. I reserved a Mustang Mach-E today specifically for out-of-state travel. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told they did not actually have one available. I was never notified beforehand that my reserved vehicle was unavailable. This completely wasted my time and left me scrambling at the last minute to find another Avis location that actually had a vehicle available. As a New Yorker who got her driver’s license late, I also got a car late… LOL. Let’s not judge! 😂 Because of that, I’ve had to rent cars pretty frequently, and let me tell you about THE Trichina Haynes! Now, the issues I experienced had absolutely nothing to do with her. The woman at the counter is extremely rude and we were sitting literally in the lobby trying to book and she told us there are no cars. HOW can we book a car AT YOUR LOCATION if there are NO CARS?????? Like she literally started yelling at us as if it’s our fault that Avis can’t run a business lol
