Rented a car on June 24th. I was in a hurry and they let me rent a car with cracked wind shield. The clerk assured me that they wont charge me for it. Fast forward 2 months, apparently I have been getting a call from a spam number, that has been trying to reach out saying I have to pay for that damage. I am glad I have pictures from 24th with Metadata. I will be doing whatever I can to fight this even if it involves legal issue. There is no option for 0 star, refrain from renting from this specific place.
Customer service at this location was great . Customer service for avis telephone number and all other entities are a real drag. Never have I had such a terrible experience with a rental car company.
