This rating is not necessarily towards this specific location but towards the company itself. I typically rent from Enterprise for business, but since I was in PA without a credit card, I had to rent from Avis (being that my license is out of state). The way they handle the fees is entirely too confusing if you have the car more than a few days. My dad is having car trouble (with two different cars!) and reserved a rental car. I took him to pick it up and the attendant seemed put out and after doing something on his computer for a few minutes, told us they didn't even have any cars available. Didn't offer to help in any way. We started to leave and on our way out, my father vented some of his frustration (not at the guy, just at the general situation) and the attendant yelled at my dad. Rented a car on June 24th. I was in a hurry and they let me rent a car with cracked wind shield. The clerk assured me that they wont charge me for it. Fast forward 2 months, apparently I have been getting a call from a spam number, that has been trying to reach out saying I have to pay for that damage. I am glad I have pictures from 24th with Metadata. I will be doing whatever I can to fight this even if it involves legal issue. There is no option for 0 star, refrain from renting from this specific place.
