I was surprised to find out that I had a 500+ dollar charge for a 2 day rental. The charge was for a cleaning fee. I picked the car up from the airport, and drove it home, then returned it to this location. No detours. The car was new and clean when I got it. I returned the car in the same condition without any sort of mess. My guess is that the individuals that run this place saw I rented through my company and decided to throw a "cleaning fee" on the bill and hoped no one would notice. Would rate lower if I could. Do not go here.Car was due on 8/17/26 and it was returned 8/16/26 with the keys in the lock box. they are just now processing the order today on 8/29th and charged me an additional 12 days and late fee. when I called and explained the situation they hung up and when I call back, the number just goes to corporate. professional scammers.
I had a very disappointing experience with this Avis location. The customer service was poor, and the vehicle should never have been rented in the condition it was in. The front doors were misaligned, the driver’s side carpet had holes from missing floor mats, and the seats were stained. What made this even more frustrating was being told that the previous renter had been charged $500 for leaving the seats dirty, yet that money clearly wasn’t used to clean the vehicle before it was rented to me. Connected to Busget in same building.
We reserved a standard size SUV months in advance for a trip out of town. On the day of pickup, June 18th, 2026, we were told that they do not have any vehicles available, that there is a shortage issue. Huh!? The associate helping was kind, but I was very upset that we haven't been informed in advance, so that we could make other plans. Informing the day of is very inconvenient, inconsiderate and unprofessional.
