Service here is very friendly and efficient. Had a line of 3 customers ahead of us including one with an issue and the manager got through all 4 of us in 30 minutes. Our vehicle was clean and comfortable.

I rented a vehicle out of Jacksonville Fl. Alignment and tire balance was off vehicle vibrated all the way from Fl., I stopped by this location to swap the vehicle out this was a Saturday afternoon I was told by an associate to come back the next day and that they had vehicles returning and they could help me swap out arrived Sunday early and nothing was available I was told to give them until 11am and possibly they would have a vehicle I admit I was skeptical due to the reviews I had read and had planned on going to the DCA... read more

The overall rental. The suv didn't have any antifreeze, windshield washers fluid. I got them to top off the fluids before i left the parking lot. On my way back home from my trip. I stop and got gas and the radio stop working so I had 300 miles left on my trip to ride in silence. On top of that when I got home to unload my luggage I turned the truck off. My overall experience was horrible.. I reserved a 7 seater vehicle weeks in advance before my family Easter weekend getaway. The day of my reservation, the vehicle I reserved online was gone they gave our reserved vehicles away to another customer. We were given a card with numbers to call to make a complaint and Tasha ask for my number if more vehicles come in Tasha will call.
