Do NOT trust this location with your reservation I made a reservation with Avis days in advance, and at the last minute they called to say they had no vehicles available. No solution, no urgency—just a “sorry” and now I’m stuck trying to find another rental last minute, with higher prices everywhere. What’s the point of making a reservation if they don’t honor it? Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this location if you actually want a car when you need one.

LOVE THIS PLACE !!
The car was in bad condition. The exterior paint is damaged. The interior is heavily used with lots of scratches. It's a minivan, but inside it looks like a truck. The biggest complaint is the front right wheel is unbalanced - at 55 mph and above the car shakes really bad, which I believe is a safety issue. Previously we had a good experience, but not this time.
