This particular AVIS location deserves 0 stars. Rented here twice and both times the cars were a mess. And that's putting it nicely. The windows were dirty and had stains. Each car smelled like weed and did not come with a full tank of gas. One car had a bonnet and a pair of socks in it. When I turned one of the cars I rented they tried to charge me a cleaning fee, saying they found dog hair all over the car. I don't own a dog. Do not rent from here. They're crooked and never have cars ready for you even if you reserved one.

DONT BOTHER WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW. They will not have a car for you when you show up. Showed up to pick up car and were told that the cars on the lot were "no good" and that one was on the way for us from the airport. Waited over an hour and asked again got the same answer but said we could go to the airport and pick it up. (thought it was "on the way"????) wouldn't we just pass it and get there and find our car gone???

Worst experience ever , took my boyfriend to get a rental from them for a work site and made a reservation and even recalled the main office line in tomball was directed to there corporate office to make sure they would still be there at 5:45 when we arrived was told there was no vehicles to rent the man at the front said his corporate office had been reserving cars all day and he was turning customers away, so why would the corporation not allow for there main office number to go to the actual office, unbelievable

Avis in general is a horrible company to deal with. They forced me to take an EV when I reserved a regular gasoline car. Then the car itself with only only 18,000 miles has multiple issues that Avis doesn't care to address when I call, they tell me I have to exchange it at the pickup location (over an hour away), otherwise there is this fee and that fee. I do NOT recommend Avis.

Set my reservation on a Monday but they didn't have it on Friday and they had no car available for me. I really wonder what they did with all the information they took on the phone from me. Went to Enterprise they had one available. Enterprise save the day when Avis screwed up and didn't even seem to care.
