I'd give them a zero if I could. Made a reservation just for them to call me an hour prior and inform me there are no vehicles. Went back on uber afterwards to check and they currently are still stocked. Not sure if they dont want to work but this company is slipping. Not to mention the prospect heights location gives your reservations away.
Kenny is the best! The only place in the area that I rent from. Definitely recommend :)
Worst Rental Experience Ever – Avis Streamwood Completely Failed Avis Streamwood delivered the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I booked a car online for 8 AM, arrived on time, and they had no car available. I made a reservation two days in advance, but when I arrived, there were no cars available. There was no communication beforehand to let me know this might be an issue. The online customer service was rude, unhelpful, and offered no assistance or alternative solution. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This is my go to car rental spot!! Kenny always has a smile on his face and gets you in and out as quickly as possible. I have rented here many time and am never disappointed. My only suggestion would be to get a bit more help during busy times as 1 person trying to do it all seems unfair and overburdening. But I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this place to others!!
