Worst Rental Experience Ever – Avis Streamwood Completely Failed Avis Streamwood delivered the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I booked a car online for 8 AM, arrived on time, and they had no car available. I had to pay for Uber back to my accommodation.Customer service then sent me to Avis Hoffman Estates — another Uber ride I had to pay for. I made a reservation two days in advance, but when I arrived, there were no cars available. There was no communication beforehand to let me know this might be an issue. The online customer service was rude, unhelpful, and offered no assistance or alternative solution. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
This is my go to car rental spot!! Kenny always has a smile on his face and gets you in and out as quickly as possible. I have rented here many time and am never disappointed. My only suggestion would be to get a bit more help during busy times as 1 person trying to do it all seems unfair and overburdening. But I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this place to others!!
