The only reason this place get 1*, is because 0* isn't available. I booked a car the other day via Hotwire and my card was charged automatically. I go to pick up the rental the next day and was told, they don't have any rental cars. The lady then told me, she tried to call me. I asked what number did she dial, because I didn't have a missed call. She replied, oh...we don't have a number on file. Worst car rental company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Whole place is a dumpster fire. Booked my vehicle online and pre-paid. Upon arrival I'm told that they don't have any vehicles. I'm also told that I have to call the 1-800 # otherwise I won't get my money back. After speaking to the customer service I'm told it would take 5-10 business days to get funds back. Horrible experience. Stay as far away from this company as you can!
