David made the process really difficult .He intentionally doesn't answer calls. I heard myself the ringtone was low. Moreover, there should be some sense of urgency or sympathy when dealing with accidental rentals and these things were clearly missing. He had all the information , still he made me wait in the name of confirmation .I would give a zero star if an option and not matter what , i am never returning at this Avis again.

Excellent service! The car was clean, in great condition, and ready on time. The staff were friendly, professional, and the whole rental process was quick and easy. I would definitely rent from this agency again.

Their staff still used the vehicle after I returned it and changed the return address to the airport, attempting to defraud extra charges for returning the car in a different location and overtime fees. It is necessary to record the entire car rental process with audio and video to prevent this group of thieves from stealing money from your wallet.

Didn’t have car ready and made me wait for car to be detailed and washed the told me my car was booked in till 12 returned it at 11:30 and got billed an extra day and they did nothing to fix it and wouldn’t return my phone calls.
