Excellent experience with Avis!!! Car was spotless, almost new, and ready on time. Check-in was fast, staff was friendly, especially Crystal, and professional. Drop-off took less than 2 minutes. Best rental experience I've had in a while. Will definitely use Avis again!
A bunch of liars they are very rude and they don't honor reservations. I've seen a very cheap deal so I reserved a car for 11 months I guess they didn't want to give me it in that price for that long so when I called to ask a question about the reservation they told me they won't honor the reservation and couldn't explain exactly why and told me the manager will call me. when the manager called me she tried to accuse me of using fraudulent discount codes and when I didn't fall for that and claimed I had the papers to back me... read more
Don't rent with these people they are rude and above everyone. I am getting the fcc to investigate the operation of this store and their rude employees to disabled customers since they handle they can't be touched let's see what the government fcc says with the proof I have about the store and employees since you think being a franchise let's you treat customers especially disabled customers how you want. I reserved a car 2 weeks prior to our rental, confirmed the reservation several days before our designated pickup date only to drive 45 minutes one way to a rude and uncourteous lady behind the desk who declared that "because we were an hour late" (8:30am. They open at 7:30) she "had to give my car away". Im sorry, but that wont work friends. I gladly took my business to Enterprise in Wetumpka and had a great experience.
