Don't rent with these people they are rude and above everyone. I am getting the fcc to investigate the operation of this store and their rude employees to disabled customers since they handle they can't be touched let's see what the government fcc says with the proof I have about the store and employees since you think being a franchise let's you treat customers especially disabled customers how you want. I reserved a car 2 weeks prior to our rental, confirmed the reservation several days before our designated pickup date only to drive 45 minutes one way to a rude and uncourteous lady behind the desk who declared that "because we were an hour late" (8:30am. They open at 7:30) she "had to give my car away". Im sorry, but that wont work friends. I gladly took my business to Enterprise in Wetumpka and had a great experience. I would never rent from them. Larry Puckett sent me here for a rental car. No staff in the store, called the emergency number and store manager is extremely argumentative, raising her voice, telling me I’m wrong they have not been gone that long to pick up cars in Montgomery. I have been standing outside for 45 minutes, the other patrons here have been here over and hour. I would not recommend.

They will wait until last minute to tell you there is no cars available after getting confirmation. It’s lazy employees that don’t updated information when the cars get booked. Third party or directly through. Ask me how I know. Instead of the lady apologizing when I got on the phone, on why they didn’t have the information updated she blamed everyone else carelessly. I do not recommend.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional. They cancelled my reservation without notice same day within hours of pick up. A lot of conformational attitude when I asked questions regarding the rental or finding another vehicle.
