Excellent service , 2 friendly owner/operators, and very personable front desk the last 2 times we switched to this particular location. Very happy with their excellent customer service, organization and support. Location is also very clean, too. Also, it's convenient to have a gas station ⛽️ next to them. Highly recommend this business for excellent customer service.
After going through the ringer with other car rental companies at the airport, I was able to rent a car from this location. The staff that helped us was very friendly and understanding. She said she was the manager and could get us a better rate than what was showing. We were quoted $725. We had a change of plans, and ended up turning the car in 4 days early. Andy was really thorough and quick. We made a prior reservation online for a car rental and we were out and about in less than 20 minutes.
Overall the check in process was great, or so I thought. I asked about extending the rental an extra day for Saturday, I was advised in the store yes I could and they let me know the fees. However I get a call to remind me of the extension, on Friday afternoon, that also came with a disclosure that the vehicle needed to be returned before 12p on Sat. Why wasn't that advised on Wednesday when I picked up the vehicle? I specifically asked the rates for the days etc. I literally had to cut my trip short because the alternative ... read more
