Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had a confirmed reservation, showed up on time, and was then told there was no vehicle available after my time was completely wasted. To make it worse, I was later called and told a vehicle WAS available. When I got there I was told I could only RENT the vehicle if I provided a co-signer. I am renting a vehicle, not financing or buying one. I’ve rented cars many times and have never heard of such a ridiculous requirement. I rented a car from the Orchard Park location a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. Mark was very efficient in renting me the car and the car was clean and ready for me on time.

I'm honestly not even sure where to start with this one. My daughter is in town for the holidays and needed a car for her stay. She reserved online & when we went to pick up the car in Hamburg, they told us they didn't realize she actually NEEDED all 7 passenger seats, so they didn't have anything big enough. The associate instructed us where to go a few miles down the road, though, in Orchard Park, and assured us they had a vehicle.
