Should be no stars. Booked a car rental 3 months ago for a normal sized vehicle only to find out day before our trip was told didnt look like any cars would be available, maybe a 12 person van?? WHAT!! Maybe you should have someone who is able to schedule reservations properly , why are we required to put in a pick up and drop off time if no one really cares! especially when people are counting on a vehicle for travel plans and booked well in advance. 💩
Mark R. does an outstanding job when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and friendly atmosphere. His knowledge and quick service allows you to get in and get out with ease. I’m glad Mark is still at Budget because it’s hard to find great customer service these days let alone any customer service. Thanks Mark!!
Car was disgustingly, clearly was not washed or cleaned between rentals. Also the counter worker was not helpful in the slightest, told me the wrong info and I ended up paying 40 cents a mile. Would never rent from them again.
If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. I returned a rental vehicle on behalf of my husband and was immediately met with an attitude from Mark at the front desk. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no courtesy whatsoever. He asked for the keys and then slammed them onto the counter.
