Service was good, except the fella at the desk was not that friendly when we picked up and dropped off the car. Return of car is a bit convoluted as you spiral down multiple levels of the garage and then to go back up to the rental office, you take an elevator to street level and then we had to ask the sercurity guard which way to go!
Why does no one pick up the phone o. A Thursday morning at 10am when they are supposed to be open? Why do I have a charge on my card but no confirmation email? What kind of service is this? It’s not service at all… slater location in Ottawa is slacking..
Worst service I ever had jn my life.its doesn't deserve even a one star..its not my first time I rent a car but I never experienced such unprofessional employee. Hi rented from this location a few times and it went well each time. On the day of pickup, I got the car I booked, on time and no issues. In my experience, I had issues with other rental companies where vehicle was not available or ready on time on the day of pickup up. Last couple of times at Avis on Slater, Lavan was super helpful on the phone and in person, delivered the vehicle we discussed on time and ready. No complaints. Fast service at pick up and drop off. I got the exact car I requested online. Paid exactly what I paid for online without hidden fees. The car was new and drove ultra smooth. The rental cars are located in the P3 parking lot, a bit hard to find.
