Incredibly friendly staff and ALWAYS do what they promise!! Best Avis location ever!
Staff were friendly enough and courteous. However, for the uninitiated, you may run into these issues: 1. For prepaid reservations, you may not actually get the car your reserved. Online or app reservations don't accurately represent what cars they have in stock. I reserved a sedan and got a 4x4, that's a bit of a leap. I recommend walking in, don't use the app or the website. 2. Make sure your mind is made up about your add ons. I tried to add Avis insurance to the vehicle after the reservation was made and was told its not... read more
