I’ve been renting trucks from the Mill Creek Avis location for more than 8 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are always friendly professional, and incredibly easy to work with.Shout out to Sarah for coming in early when I'm desperate! They make everything simple, straightforward, and hassle-free every single time. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency these days.
Wow. An absolutely horrific return experience with Avis. Their location closed exactly at 2pm and because 2 minutes were spent figuring out how and where to drop the keys, they charged me for another whole day of car use despite politely justifying my case. In today’s incredibly competitive economy, you lost local business of multiple families over a dispute of 2 minutes. Do better. Be human.
I called them to check on a booking and I overheard in the background the other staff member asking someone in the location for their health card . I chose not to go there since I am not willing to provide that info to anyone other than a healthcare professional. They also are not allowed to ask for that . Not sure why anyone would ever agree to this or how this place is allowed to stay in business
