I’ve been renting from this location for over a year now and just wanted to leave a review for Sarah, Sylvia, and Veronica. Every single time I come in, these ladies are professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, if it wasn't for them and how great they treat people, I wouldn't still be renting from this location. They're amazing at what they do. Management needs to give them a raise or some serious recognition!

I’ve been renting trucks from the Mill Creek Avis location for more than 8 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are always friendly professional, and incredibly easy to work with.Shout out to Sarah for coming in early when I'm desperate! They make everything simple, straightforward, and hassle-free every single time. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency these days.

Wow. An absolutely horrific return experience with Avis. Their location closed exactly at 2pm and because 2 minutes were spent figuring out how and where to drop the keys, they charged me for another whole day of car use despite politely justifying my case. In today’s incredibly competitive economy, you lost local business of multiple families over a dispute of 2 minutes. Do better. Be human.
